Christine Emond is a local mixed media artist who does landscapes, abstracts and figurative work. She has been working in the field as a painter and a teacher over the last 20 years. Getting her BA of Arts in painting from California State University, Northridge, she has exhibited nationally. She loves traveling to national parks and forests to hike and be inspired. The colors and textures along with her own reflections and interpretations on place have influenced her current work
